Job summary

RGBSI in Chennai is seeking a Proposal Engineer to prepare techno-commercial proposals and coordinate with internal teams for concept and BOM preparation. You will source vendors and manage proposals in CRM to ensure timely submission and accurate costing.

The role requires coordinating with suppliers, tracking progress, and ensuring commercial validity and approvals are obtained for each proposal.

Responsibilities

• Coordination with internal teams for concept and BOM preparation for proposals within timelines.

• Update the list of new vendors added for specific products.
• Use CRM to manage and track proposals.
• Prepare the target number of proposals per week.
• Ensure prepared proposals are sent to management for approval.
• Ensure completed proposals are updated in CRM.
• Ensure techno-commercial validity of proposals.
