Job summary

Ascendion in Bangalore is seeking a Proposal Design Specialist to join the Presales and Solutions team. The role focuses on transforming business, technology, and solution content into executive-ready proposal assets that engage clients and boost proposal effectiveness.

You will work closely with presales consultants, solution architects, marketing teams, and leadership to ensure brand consistency, visual excellence, and rapid turnaround for strategic pursuits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, presentation design, proposal design, bid support or visual communications.
• Strong executive presentation design and visual storytelling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Design and elevate RFP, RFI, RFx responses, proposal decks, capability presentations, executive summaries, and client-facing documents.
• Transform content into visually compelling diagrams, operating models, governance frameworks, roadmaps, timelines, process flows, heatmaps, and infographics.
• Format and enhance Word / PPT proposal documents ensuring consistency, readability, and submission readiness.
• Develop and maintain reusable proposal templates, slide libraries, case study formats, brochures, and pursuit collateral.
• Ensure adherence to Ascendion branding standards, visual identity, and proposal presentation best practices.
• Support high-priority proposal pursuits with quick turnaround times and attention to detail.

The role will focus on transforming business, technology, and solution content into compelling, executive-ready proposal assets that improve client engagement and proposal effectiveness. We are seeking a proposal-focused visual storyteller who can work closely with presales consultants, solution architects, marketing teams, and leadership to create impactful proposals while ensuring brand consistency, visual excellence, and fast turnaround for strategic pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and elevate RFP, RFI, RFx responses, proposal decks, capability presentations, executive summaries, and client-facing documents.

• Marketing & Brand Teams to ensure compliance with corporate design standards.
• Leadership Teams to develop CXO-level presentations and strategic pursuit collateral.

The role requires strong collaboration, responsiveness, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple concurrent pursuits under tight deadlines.

Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, presentation design, proposal design, bid support or visual communications.
• Strong executive presentation design and visual storytelling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Experience creating proposal decks, capability presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and client-facing collateral.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced proposal environment.

Preferred

• Experience supporting Presales, Proposal Management, Consulting, IT Services, or Technology organizations.
• Knowledge of governance models, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and technology solution visualizations.
