Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Proposal Design and Presentation Specialist to craft compelling narratives for strategic deals and RFP responses. You will transform complex inputs into clear, persuasive client-ready presentations and visuals.

You will design PowerPoint and Google Slides decks, infographics, and CXO-level talking points, collaborating with sales, architects, and delivery teams to win large pursuits while maintaining brand coherence and tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Proposal Design, Presentation Design, Executive Content Creation, Bid Management, or Storytelling roles.
• Strong expertise in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Visual Storytelling, Infographics, and Executive Presentations.
• Proven ability to convert complex business or technical content into clear, compelling, and client-ready narratives.
• Experience supporting RFP responses, proposals, large deal pursuits, pitch decks, and client presentations.
• Exposure to Cloud, AI, Technology Services, Consulting, or Digital Transformation domains preferred.
• Strong skills in content structuring, messaging hierarchy, executive summaries, and CXO communication.
