Job summary

SliceInn in North Goa is seeking a villa host to create warm, personal stays. You’ll be the first and last friendly face guests meet, help them settle in, and ensure the house runs smoothly and feels unstaged.

This role blends hospitality with problem-solving: 3+ years in boutique hotels or villas, English and Hindi fluency, and an organized, calm presence when the pace rises. You’ll coordinate meals, outings, and vendors to keep every space guest-ready and memorable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in boutique hotel, resort, villa or cruise hospitality.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Well-organised and calm when busy.
• Enjoy hosting travelers and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them settle in.
• Run day-to-day rhythm of the villa and guide the team.
• Keep rooms, pool, garden and spaces guest-ready.
• Help guests plan meals, outings and experiences in Goa.
• Coordinate small vendors and purchases when needed.
• Maintain a warm, personal and stress-free atmosphere.

Guests don’t come here for a room, they come for slow mornings, long lunches, music by the pool and memories that feel personal.We are looking for someone who naturally enjoys creating that kind of stay for people.This role is not a typical hotel job. • You’ll be the first person guests meet and the last person they remember.

• You’ll suggest breakfast timing when you see guests had a late night.
• You’ll make sure the team is happy, the house runs smoothly, and nothing feels mechanical or scripted.
