Job summary

Casa de Mello, a luxury boutique heritage stay in Saligao, North Goa, is seeking a Villa Manager / Duty Manager / Guest Relations Manager to lead daily property operations and guest experiences.

The role requires 2–5 years in hotels, resorts, or luxury villas, with English and Hindi communication skills and hands-on hospitality expertise. You will manage check-ins, reservations, housekeeping coordination, and OTA bookings while delivering premium service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in hotels, resorts, luxury villas or serviced apartments.
• Experience as Villa Manager, Duty Manager, Front Office Executive, Guest Relations Executive, or Guest Experience Executive.
• Good communication in English and Hindi.
• Strong guest-handling, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms and hotel operations.
• Hotel management qualifications or relevant practical experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest relations.
• Oversee daily villa operations, housekeeping coordination, maintenance, and property upkeep.
• Handle guest enquiries, special requests, complaints, and service recovery.
• Manage online bookings through Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, and other OTAs.
• Coordinate sightseeing, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, and special celebrations.
• Support occupancy, upselling, direct bookings, and positive guest reviews.
• Maintain daily reports, billing, inventory, vendor coordination, and operational expenses.
