Role Description

The Property Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for guiding clients through property selection, investment decisions, and purchase processes. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective buyers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable property options, and conducting site visits. The role involves providing accurate information on pricing, features, legal aspects, and financing options, while maintaining updated knowledge of local market trends. The Property Advisor will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and high levels of customer satisfaction. Regular follow-up with clients, preparation of basic documentation, and support in closing deals are integral parts of this position.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, explain property details clearly, and manage client relationships effectively.
• Candidates should possess Property Management and Investments skills to advise on property suitability, potential returns, and portfolio building.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to discuss budgets, payment plans, and basic loan and mortgage considerations.
• Relevant experience in real estate sales or advisory, particularly in residential or commercial properties, is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market, local regulations, and basic legal aspects of property transactions is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, handle multiple client engagements, and meet sales and service targets in a dynamic environment.
• Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree in any discipline; real estate or finance-related certifications are a plus.
