Job summary

ConnexR Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Proofpoint & Abnormal AI Tool Administrator to join our Cloud Security & Identity team in Bengaluru. You will manage enterprise email security platforms, with hands-on expertise in Proofpoint and Abnormal AI, enabling detection of phishing, BEC, and spoofing.

You will administer Exchange Online, optimize mail flow, integrate security tools with SIEM/ SOAR, and drive automation using PowerShell or Python.

Qualifications

• Proofpoint Email Protection (TAP, URL Defense, Attachment Defense, Email Fraud Defense, Threat Response)
• Abnormal AI (phishing, impersonation, vendor fraud, insider threats, account compromise)
• Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administration
• Email security protocols: SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, TLS
• Incident response & threat hunting
• Automation with PowerShell/Python/APIs

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Proofpoint and Abnormal AI platforms.
• Lead investigations into phishing, BEC, spoofing, and other email-based attacks.
• Manage Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, mail routing, and secure email architecture.
• Integrate email security solutions with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and ticketing platforms.
• Implement and tune security policies to enhance detection accuracy.
• Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
• Collaborate with SOC, IR, IAM, and Infrastructure teams to strengthen security posture.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Support compliance, audit, and risk assessment activities.
