Opportunities India in Mumbai seeks a proactive Position Projects & Service Coordinator to manage sales/service coordination, execute lab setup projects, and design lab layouts in AutoCAD for lab setups/MEP. The role includes tender support, MIS maintenance, quotes, and document control.

You will coordinate equipment transport, supervise packing for labs and conferences, and assist trainings while ensuring ISO-compliant records and PAN-India coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate with BCom/BSc/BMS/BE/BTech qualifications.
• 3–5+ years of work experience.
• Based in Mumbai with willing to work at Khar Road office.

Aufgaben

• Sales/Service co-ordination with principals, service reports and claims.
• Execute all lab setup projects.
• Prepare lab designs (AutoCAD) for lab setups/MEP.
• Assist tender executive in tender documents, online submissions & tender specs.
• Maintain MIS reports and document records.
• Prepare quotations for sales, projects and service teams.
• Prepare indents for outside purchase of equipment/lab setups.
• Follow up on AMC/CMC payments.
• Write reports on clients, activity or complaints.
• Coordinate customer database management for sales/service.
• Provide technical assistance during trainings.
• Maintain ISO-aligned document records.
• Coordinate transportation of lab equipment.
• Supervise packing for lab setups and conferences.
• Support department and handle other tasks as assigned.

Position Projects & Service Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales/Service co-ordination with Principles, Service Report Summaries, claims form submission etc.

2. Execution of all Lab setup projects

3. Responsible for making all lab designs (AutoCAD) for Lab setups / projects & MEP

4. Support the tender executive in tender document preparations, online submissions & giving tender specification

5. Maintaining MIS reports & maintain record of all documents

6. Preparing quotations for sales, projects and service team

7. Preparing indents for outside Purchase of equipments/ Lab set ups

8. Follow up on AMC/CMC payments

9. To write report on clients and customer activity or complaints

10. Sales/Service co-ordination activities with respect to Customer Database Management

11. Technical Assistance during various training program

12. Maintaining a record of documents as per ISO standards.

13. All co-ordination activities for transportation of Lab Equipments

14. Supervising packing for Lab setup at our warehouse (if needed)

15. Supervising packing for conferences

16. Support the department & will handle any other work as assigned by the reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good Communication Skills (verbal and non-verbal) as PAN India coordination will be required
• Very Good knowledge in MS-Excel, Word, rafting of letters etc
• Should be Internet / computer savvy Skills
• Must possess very good Analytical, Negotiations & Communication skills
• Knowledge of MEP work
• Knowledge of Auto CAD (added advantage)

Qualification - Graduate (B Com / B Sc / BMS / BE / B Tech .)

Work Experience - 3 yrs to 5+ yrs

Location - Mumbai - Khar Road (West) (Prefer candidates from nearby office area)

We are 6 days working 9:30 AM to 6 PM
