Objective & Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural interior drawing, MEP, IT, and specially consultant drawings and specifications and Issue RFI as required
- Coordinate interior and MEP design coordination Meeting with Architect and consultant and Vendors.
- Participate in project review meetings. Prepare and circulate detailed Minutes of Meeting (MOM) to the Client, Architect, Consultants, and Vendors within 24–48 hours after each meeting.
- Identify design gaps, conflicts, and value-engineering opportunities
- Specialised in Preparing project schedule (MS Projects / Excel)
- Overall on-site construction management and supervision
- Coordinate and manage all trade contractors and suppliers,
- Monitor progress against approved schedule and milestones
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and standards
- Manage site safety and ensure compliance with HSE requirements
- Conduct regular site meetings and issue progress reports
- Monitor quality control and inspection processes
- Manage RFIs, shop drawings, and material submittals
- Coordinate design changes and site modifications
- Track costs and manage budget control
- Review and certify contractor invoices and variation claims
- Ensure construction as per GFCs and specifications.
- Resolve any site related issues and provide site instructions to contractors as required.
- Report to the designated Reporting Manager for all project related updates.
- Ensuring of material Management as per the PO to deliver at site.
MEP, IT & Specialized Systems Coordination
- Coordinate IT, AV, access control, and security systems
- Ensure integration between architectural, MEP, and technology systems
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and system handover
- Manage interface between MEP contractor, Consultant and Builder
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Implement QA/QC procedures throughout the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, fire regulations, and corporate standards
- Conduct inspections and snag / punch list management
- Ensure rectification of defects prior to handover
Project Reporting & Communication
- Provide weekly progress report including schedule, cost, and risks, mitigation plans
- Track risks, issues, and mitigation plans
- Site measurement sheet verification in coordination with Contactors
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Act as primary point of coordination between client, consultants, and contractors
Cost & Change Management
- Track project costs against approved budget
- Review variation requests and provide recommendations to client
- Validate contractor invoices and progress claims
- Assist in cost impact assessment of design or scope changes
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of all systems
- Manage final inspections and handover to Client / Client experience team
- Coordinate training for client facilities team
Project Close-Out
- Final account reconciliation and close-out
- Manage snag closure and final inspections
- Coordination with vendors and Submission of handover documentation (as-built drawings, manuals, warranties, asset handover, attic stock etc) to Client experience Team
