POST A RESUME HR Consultancy in Ahmedabad is seeking a Project Supervisor (C&I) to coordinate solar projects, ensure timely completion, provide after-sales support, and maintain strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate should be locally based with knowledge of GIDC and industrial areas, own a vehicle for site visits, and have 1–3 years of solar/C&I experience. You will coordinate vendors, installation teams, CEIG documentation, and keep clients informed throughout the project cycle.

Qualifications

• Local candidate with knowledge of Ahmedabad, especially GIDC and industrial areas.
• Must have own two-wheeler/four-wheeler for site visits.
• 1–3 years of solar/C&I/project execution experience.
• Technically sound in solar project execution and after-sales service.
• Experience in site survey, planning and understanding site requirements.
• Coordinate vendors, installation teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate material planning, dispatch and site availability.
• Handle execution through commissioning and customer updates.
• Coordinate CEIG-related work and required documentation.

Position Objective

We are looking for a technically sound and experienced Project Supervisor (C&I) who can coordinate and execute C&I; solar projects, ensure timely project completion, provide prompt after-sales support, and maintain strong client relationships.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Local Candidate – Ahmedabad: Local to Ahmedabad with good knowledge of GIDC and industrial areas.
• Own Vehicle: Must have own two-wheeler/four-wheeler for site visits.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years relevant solar/C&I/ project execution experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Technically sound in solar project execution and after-sales service.
• Site Survey & Project Planning: Experience in site survey, planning and understanding site requirements.
• Vendor & Installation Team Coordination: Coordinate vendors, installation teams and stakeholders.
• Material Planning & Dispatch: Coordinate material planning, dispatch and site availability.
• Project Execution & Commissioning: Handle execution through completion and commissioning.
• Client Handling & Project Updates: Handle client queries and provide timely project updates.
• CEIG & Documentation Follow-up: Coordinate CEIG-related work and required documentation.

Important Requirements / Expectations

• All above requirements are mandatory for client satisfaction and repeat/referral orders in C&I.;
• Inputs are provided by the C&I; Sales Team, Ahmedabad, based on project requirements.
• Project hiring, client satisfaction, installation quality and project execution are the responsibility of Company / Project Head /Project Team.
• Any project-related query or issue should be addressed and resolved within a maximum of 3 days from the date it is raised, wherever practically possible.
• Candidate must have a prompt, responsible and service-oriented approach, especially for after-sales support.
