The work model for the role is: This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India.

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Acting as interface connecting customers with internal functions (e.g. sales, operations and research and development).
• Provide customer support for technical queries.
• Guide customers on type test scope and compliance needs (as per applicable IEC/IS/customer specification).
• Support preparation and sharing of type test documents: test certificates/reports, test summaries, compliance statements, technical deviations/clarifications.
• Conduct the process audit at Customer Factory.
• Handle technical issue troubleshooting; drive closure with internal stakeholders and maintain proper documentation/tracking.
• Build standard responses/FAQ for recurring customer technical and testing queries.

Qualifications For The Role

• B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in technical support/application engineering/testing for switchgear/circuit breakers.
• Awareness/knowledge of switchgear and circuit breakers (MV).
• Ability to understand and explain basic electrical drawings (SLD, GA, schematics) and technical documents.
• Familiarity with type testing process, standards interpretation, and customer communication.
• Good communication skills and coordination ability.
