Job summary

Sigma Allied Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Project Planning / Project Controls professional with 5–12 years of hands-on experience in Primavera P6 or MS Project. You will focus on scheduling, baseline management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination for utility and infrastructure projects.

The role requires working from the Bengaluru office in a US shift. A Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering is desired with PMP certification preferred, to drive project controls

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain project schedules and baselines to ensure timely delivery.
• Track progress, milestones, and resources, adjusting plans as needed.
• Monitor costs, perform variance analysis, and support cost control activities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders and management.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align schedules.

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Project Planning / Project Controls professionals with hands-on experience in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project (MS Project). Candidates should have a strong understanding of project scheduling, planning, progress tracking, and cost control, preferably within the utilities, power transmission, power distribution, infrastructure, or EPC sectors.

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project (MS Project).
• Strong knowledge of Project Planning and Project Controls.
• Experience in project scheduling, baseline management, and progress tracking.
