Job summary

Sigma Allied Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Project Controls / Project Planning professional to join our global client’s team. You will lead planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 and MS Project, and drive baseline schedules, milestones, and variance analysis.

The role requires hands-on cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and strong stakeholder coordination. WFO in Bengaluru with US shift and relocation support across PAN India are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls and planning in large projects.
• Hands-on use of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Exposure to cost estimation and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Baseline scheduling, WBS, milestones and critical path analysis
• Planned vs. actual progress tracking and schedule variance analysis
• Cost estimation, cost control, budgeting and forecasting
• Project risk identification and mitigation planning
• Progress reporting, dashboards and project performance monitoring
• Coordination with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders
