Job summary

Crebos Nederland BV is seeking a Project / Operational Manager to drive our delivery factory, bridging client needs, project execution, and internal operations.

The role requires a strong track record in custom software projects, excellent communication, and a structured, systems-driven approach. Based in the Netherlands, you’ll work with EU and India teams to optimize delivery, timelines, and quality with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management / Operational Management for IT or custom software projects.
• Dutch-speaking preferred, not mandatory.
• Strong experience with Agile / Scrum and modern PM tools (ClickUp, Jira, Monday).
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Based in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software and digital projects for EU and India clients.
• Translate client requirements into clear plans for Design, Dev, QA, and Delivery teams.
• Build and optimize operational systems using ClickUp, Notion, or similar tools.
• Track timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks for each project.
• Ensure clear communication loops between Crebos NL and Crebos India teams.
• Identify bottlenecks early and propose process improvements.
• Support leadership in scaling factory operations with data-driven insights.
