Job summary

Visual Technologies in Noida is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Government CCTV projects across India. The role involves end-to-end planning, execution, and coordination with government authorities to ensure timely completion with high quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in CCTV or infrastructure EPC, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with government departments and local authorities.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of project management experience in CCTV, Electrical Infrastructure, EPC, or Government Projects.
• Experience in executing Government-funded projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CCTV projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with Government departments, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and installation teams.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain documentation.
• Escalate critical issues to management with recommendations.

Job Summary

"We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of Government CCTV Projects across India.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, coordination with government authorities, stakeholder management, contractor supervision, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and compliance."

The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, experience in CCTV or infrastructure projects, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with government departments and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Manage the complete lifecycle of Solar Street Light projects from project initiation to commissioning and handover.
• Develop detailed project execution plans, timelines, resource allocation, and implementation strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily site activities and resolve operational challenges.
• Government Liaison & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with Government departments, local authorities, Panchayats, Municipal Bodies, DISCOMs, and other stakeholders.
• Handle government liaisoning for project approvals, inspections, documentation, and clearances.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, government guidelines, and project specifications.
• Site & Team Management
• Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and installation teams.
• Conduct regular site visits
• Monitor installation quality, safety standards, and project progress.
• Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and equipment at project locations.
• Project Monitoring & Reporting
• Track project milestones and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain project documentation, work completion records, and client communications.
• Escalate critical issues to management with appropriate recommendations.

Experience

• 5-6 years of project management experience in CCTV, Electrical Infrastructure, EPC, or Government Projects.
