Major Responsibilities

Job Title: Senior Zoho Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Zoho Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Zoho applications and a deep understanding of business automation, enabling them to design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions for global clients. This role is critical for managing and executing international projects, particularly for US-based clients, and requires excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions using Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and Zoho Desk
• Develop and optimize workflows, functions, and automation using Deluge scripting
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools and external systems via APIs
• Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Customize modules, layouts, reports, dashboards, and blueprints in Zoho CRM
• Perform data migration, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and support
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with client expectations
• Maintain proper documentation of development processes and solutions
