• 6-8 years of expert proficiency in survey software tools such as Forsta (Decipher/ConfirmIT).
• Digital/online market research experience.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Survey Design and Programming: Develop and program online surveys using survey software tools. Collaborate with research teams to understand survey objectives and design requirements. Implement complex survey logic, branching, and gamification as needed.
• Data Management: Ensure accurate and efficient data collection and storage. Manage vendor masked links. Monitor survey response rates and data quality throughout the fielding period.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of surveys to identify and fix any issues or bugs. Review survey results for inconsistencies or errors. Stay updated on the latest survey programming best practices and software updates.
• Project Management: Communicate with project managers regarding project status and any issues that arise. Coordinate with external vendors to manage data collection.
• Team Management: Mentor and supervise 1-2 team members and ensure the quality of work produced is upto required standards.
