Job summary

Dentsu in Mumbai is hiring for a survey programming role focused on scripting complex multi-market surveys on leading platforms. You will ensure accurate execution per specifications, conduct thorough testing, and deliver client-ready survey links with end-to-end quality assurance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience with Decipher, VOXCO, or Forsta, with night shifts and weekend work as part of the roaster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Decipher, VOXCO, Forsta or similar survey programming software; scripting multi-market complex projects.
• Program and script high-complexity surveys on the Survey platform with on-time delivery and end-to-end QA.
• Thorough testing of surveys, data review, and providing high-quality links to clients; provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal project managers/client services to finalize materials and provide guidance on tool functionality.
• Review survey questionnaires and make recommendations for efficient programming and data layout to improve quality and UX.
• Develop, test, and implement innovative approaches and solutions to streamline survey programming.
• Night shifts – rotational 24/7 roaster; weekend work possible.
• Client-focused with strong consulting, communication, collaboration, ownership, problem-solving and multitasking.

The purpose of this role is to script surveys on the survey platform, ensuring accurate execution according to specifications, with a focus on on-time delivery and end-to-end quality assurance.

Job Description:
