Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst / Lead Analyst – Survey Programming to join our Programming and Quality Control team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative survey programming solutions, ensuring high-quality survey deliverables, and effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement creative, non-standard programming solutions to address complex survey requirements.
  • Program surveys accurately and conduct thorough quality checks to ensure error-free deliverables
  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues and data inconsistencies.
  • Ensure timely project completion and proactively communicate any delays, risks, or alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Understand client requirements through active listening and effective communication.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities by generating ideas, insights, and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with onshore teams and internal stakeholders to deliver projects within defined timelines.
  • Explore advanced programming techniques and propose new ideas to enhance the company’s survey programming capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in survey programming and project execution.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by actively supporting knowledge sharing and peer learning within the team.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members by sharing best practices, providing constructive feedback, and supporting skill development.
