Job summary

HypTechie is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in Bengaluru. You will guide sprint planning, run daily stand-ups, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with business goals.

Coordinate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders, promote Scrum practices, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and metrics. 5–8 years of experience in project management and Scrum mastery preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of PM/Scrum experience.
• Experience leading Agile teams and ceremonies.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence/MS Project.

Responsibilities
