Job summary

Strides Pharma in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Core R&D formulations. The role involves driving end-to-end project governance, from New Product Initiation to dossier filing across geographies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely status updates.

The candidate should have 8-13 years of experience in Core R&D formulations PM, with exposure to OSD projects and Alternate Vendor Development, and hands-on experience with NPD initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8-13 Yrs of experience in Core R&D formulations Project Management.
• Experience in OSD formulation projects.
• Exposure to Alternate Vendor Development.
• Experienced in NPD.

Responsibilities

• Drive project planning and project execution through stage gates from New Product Initiation to dossier filing and approval across geographies.
• Implement governance mechanisms to monitor and manage moving parts of various project categories.
• Assist PM lead in execution of Strategic projects by partnering for inhouse and outsourced projects.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and enable barrier-free collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely communication of project status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in developing reporting tools/MIS to provide project-wise inputs at macro and micro levels.
• Assist in cost estimation and budget requirements with cross-functional team.
• Assist in onboarding of new projects in a timely manner.
• Support planning of responses to regulatory agencies in a timely manner.

• Implement established governance mechanisms to monitor and manage the moving parts of various category of projects.


• Assist the project management lead in execution of Strategic projects by investing in partnerships for inhouse and outsourced projects.


• Lead in sustaining cross functional alignment and enable in barrier free collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.


• Ensuring timely communication of project status to internal and external stakeholders.


• Assist in developing effective reporting tools/MIS database to provide project wise inputs of projects at a macro level and micro level.


• Assist in cost estimation and budget requirement of the project along with the cross functional team.


• Assist in timely onboarding of new projects.


• Support in planning of query responses from the regulatory agencies in a timely manner

Preferred candidate profile

8-13 Yrs of experience in Core R&D formulations Project Management.

Experience in OSD formulation projects.

Exposure to Alternate Vendor Development.

Experienced in NPD.
