Qualifications

• Candidate holds M.Pharm or Ph.D in Pharmaceutics with substantial pharma R&D formulation experience.
• Expertise in OSD, Topical, Nasal Spray and Inhalation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of NDDS, QbD, AI-enabled R&D and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall R&D operations and strategy.
• Provide technical leadership across F&D, Analytical Development and Technology Transfer.
• Manage NPD, product portfolio and CDMO development projects.
• Manage R&D Capex, Opex, budgets and resources.
• Drive AI, QbD, automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have M.Pharm OR Ph.D in Pharmaceutics with 2025 years of Pharmaceutical R&D formulation experience in reputed pharma industry.
• Candidate should have expertise in OSD, Topical, Nasal Spray and Inhalation platforms.
• Candidate should have strong knowledge of NDDS, QbD, AI-enabled R&D andautomation.
• Candidate should have exposure to LIMS, ELN and digital laboratory systems.
• Candidate should have knowledge of CTD/PIR and global regulatory requirements.
• Candidate should have excellent strategic, communication and stakeholder management skills.
