Job summary

Zydus Medtech in Ahmedabad, India, is seeking a Project Manager to drive cross-functional product development projects from concept to delivery. You will coordinate Engineering, Marketing, Quality & Regulatory, and Operations using modern PM tools.

Responsibilities include planning, tracking, risk management, and governance compliance. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years’ experience, a bachelor's in engineering, and a PMP or related master’s degree, with a hands-on, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; PMP certification or master's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years experience in project coordination or R&D; internship or academic projects are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Quality & Regulatory, Operations, Procurement, Customer Support, and Technical Publications.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource tracking using project management tools.
• Consolidate inputs from hardware, software, and other functional teams to build and maintain integrated project plans.
• Create project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and metrics for leadership reviews.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including WBS, Gantt charts, risk registers, and action trackers.
• Monitor project milestones and help ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation planning.
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and support effective communication across teams.
• Assist in managing product lifecycle activities, design changes, and innovation projects.
• Support project governance processes and ensure compliance with organizational and quality requirements.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and modern project management practices to improve team productivity and project outcomes.
• Foster positive working relationships within cross‑functional teams and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

As Project Manager , you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects focused on new product development, product enhancements, and lifecycle management activities. Key Responsibilities

Education

Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification OR Master's degree in project management, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

0 to 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, R&D, engineering, product development, or related areas. Internship, academic projects, or industry exposure in technical project environments will be an advantage.
