Job summary

Medreich in India seeks an experienced Formulation & Development professional focused on OSDs to lead development, scale-up, and tech transfer initiatives. You will plan, execute, and monitor trials, ensuring timelines and regulatory quality for solid oral dosage forms.

The ideal candidate has 5–12 years in F&D for OSDs, a M.Pharma, and strong knowledge of solidity, compression, and dissolution testing, with excellent teamwork and communication. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-12 years of experience in Formulation & Development (F&D) specifically in OSDs.
• M.Pharma degree from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences, particularly solidity, compression behavior, dissolution testing.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.

Responsibilities

• OSD Formulation Strategy: Design non-infringement formulation strategies for solid orals through rigorous patent and literature reviews.
• Product Development: Plan, execute, and monitor experimental trial activities to hit targeted OSD product timelines.
• Scale-up & Tech Transfer: Lead clinical batch manufacturing of solid orals in GMP areas and collaborate closely with pilot plant teams.
• Documentation & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of OSD-specific PDRs, MFRs, BMRs, Technology Transfer dossiers, and cleaning validation protocols.
• Materials & Inventory: Strategically plan and procure RMPMs and RLDs for seamless formulation trials.
• Track record in bringing generic OSD formulations from lab scale to commercial reality.
