Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage construction/infrastructure projects from planning through final handover. The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience with a Civil Engineering degree.

You will lead project execution, coordinate with clients and authorities, monitor progress, and ensure quality, safety, and budget adherence across all phases including commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in civil project management.
• BE / B.Tech / M.Tech – Civil Engineering mandatory.
• Must have relevant experience as a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete project execution from mobilization to final handover.
• Manage site operations, planning, resources, subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure completion within timeline, quality and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC and authorities.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and contract documents.
• Manage procurement, manpower, machinery and materials.
• Monitor billing, variations, project costs and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure safety, quality and statutory compliance.
• Lead project review meetings and prepare MIS reports.
• Manage commissioning, snag clearance and final handover.
