Job summary

Momentum Services in Navi Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery and portfolio governance. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across remote/offshore teams, ensuring timely prod releases and value delivery.

You bring 5+ years in program/delivery management, Scrum Master experience, and a track record of large-scale transformations, data analytics, pre-sales involvement, and strong vendor liaison.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience with 10+ projects handled concurrently.
• Experience in pre-sales activities, RFx, estimation and pricing.
• Experience in managing revenue and profitability (ACV ₹30+ M).
• Experience with Observability tools (e.g., DataDog) or infrastructure support.
• Scrum Master for at least 3 projects.
• Experience in large-scale transformational projects, data analytics, and digital transformation.
• Experience in requirement analysis and documenting deliverables.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project responsibilities from initiation to prod release.
• Manage team of size 10-15 members (remote/offshore, permanent/partner resources).
• Weekly project status reporting and dashboards; manage project costs and profitability.
• Liaise with vendor partners and maintain relationships.
• Ensure quality across deliverables and manage post go-live support (L2-L3).
• Assist in project estimation, analysis and requirements gathering.
• Assist in cost-benefit analysis, RFPs and solutioning.

Role Purpose

Handle all end-to-end project responsibilities for supporting the business.

Requirements

• Experience of managing project portfolio in the role of program manager or

delivery manager (5+yrs, 10+ projects simultaneously), escalation handling, portfolio planning, delivery excellence, monitoring & reporting etc

• Experience in pre-sales activities, RFx process, research & analysis,

proposal presentation, estimation & pricing.

• Experience in managing revenue, profitability (ACV R 30+ M) – includes

cost optimization initiatives, tracking & reporting, invoicing process etc.

• Experience in Managing Observability team (e.g. DataDog support) or

infrastructure support

Experience as Scrum Master for at least 3 projects.

Experience in managing large scale transformational projects, data& analytics,

support, digital transformation etc.

Experience in requirement analysis and documentation, reviewing deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities
