Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for organizing, planning, and executing projects. They must understand the project scope and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the required quality, while meeting the expected benefits outlined in the business case.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives across multiple lines of business.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
• Develop and publish project plans using agile methodology.
• Create sprint plans.
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities and resources, and chair the project management team meetings.
• Drive scrum calls.
• Provide status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Manage project scope and changes.
• Deliver projects within reasonable timelines and meet project goals.
• Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, and critical path deliverables.
• Manage project and program risks to mitigate impact on baseline.
• Establish practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to mature capabilities.

Mandatory Skills
