Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India is seeking a seasoned project manager with MES expertise to lead complex manufacturing implementations, coordinating across customers and users.

You will create and track comprehensive project plans, highlight risks, drive requirements gathering, and supervise system implementation and configuration of MES software, ERP integrations, and shop-floor interfaces, using Visio, Jira, and Confluence to document progress.

Qualifications

• PM with proven ability to manage complex manufacturing implementations.
• Experience in creating low-level tasks and detailed project plans.
• Collaborates with technical, functional teams, customers and users.
• Ability to highlight risks and challenges and drive mitigation.
• MES expertise essential for manufacturing processes and platforms.
• Understanding of industrial automation, ERP integration, and shop-floor systems.
• Proficient documentation and collaboration using Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of database concepts and .NET framework is a plus.
• Skilled in requirements gathering with clients to define scope and tasks.
• Experience in system implementation and configuration of MES software.

• MES Expertise: Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and hands-on experience with specific MES platforms
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of industrial automation, ERP integration, and shop floor systems. Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as Visio, Jira, and Confluence is often beneficial.
• Documentation Skills: Ability to create clear and comprehensive project plan and trackers as needed.
• Having good knowledge on Database concepts & DotNet framework is an added advantage.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand scope and create low level tasks..
• System Implementation & Configuration: Track and Support the implementation and deployment of MES software, configuring it to meet specific project and business needs.
