Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India is seeking a Critical Manufacturing MES Modeler with deep manufacturing domain expertise to lead MES deployments and rollouts for our clients.

You will work on requirement gathering, master data modelling and enrichment, and provide demos to SMEs and end users while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The role emphasizes customer‑facing delivery, documentation, testing, and CM MES configuration under tight schedules, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of MES experience in Manufacturing domain.
• 2+ years of working experience in managing Critical Manufacturing MES implementations and Rollouts, master data modelling and enrichment.
• Certified Critical Manufacturing Professional / Associate: Modeler
• Previous work experience in MES implementation using any platform.
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
• Collaborate as a project team member and directly with customer on requirement gathering, master data modelling and enrichment, giving Demos on core and new concepts to SMEs and End users.
• Working collaboratively and helping cross-cultural and cross-regional team members – both internal and on customer side.
• CM MES Configuration, testing, Documentation
