We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Maritime/Navy Domain to manage the end-to-end planning, execution, scheduling, resource coordination, and client delivery of specialized marine service projects, including Engine Condition Monitoring, Dewatering/Pump Packages, and Asset Maintenance. The role will focus on project management and governance, coordinating between technical, delivery, field, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, scheduling, and delivery.
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate with Tech Leads, Delivery Leads, Field Engineers, and Client Technical Superintendents.
• Monitor project progress, risks, costs, quality, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project governance requirements.
• Manage client communication, project reviews, reporting, and documentation.

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in project/service/commissioning/turnaround/EPC-support projects.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Marine, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Shipbuilding, Indian Navy (Non-Mariner), Marine/Offshore, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industry, or Rotating Equipment OEMs.
• Experience with MS Project / Primavera P6.
• PMP certified or pursuing PMP preferred.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, client coordination, and governance skills.
• Good understanding of marine operations, HSE, quality, and site execution.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
