Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP project manager experience required.
• Experience managing SAP projects, planning timelines and resources, reporting status, and managing budgets.
• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and working with On-/Near-/Offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects using SAP Activate Methodology.
• Manage a mix of resources with On-, Near-, and Offshore team members.
• Lead large, decentralized project teams and facilitate client meetings.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to deliver SAP services and solutions.
• Work with both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
• Discuss technical issues with development and functional teams as needed.

UST Global® is looking for an SAP Project Manager IIAdvisor (Funct)). The ideal candidate will have experience in managing SAP projects and will be a key member of our SAP Practice. The ideal candidate should have a project management background with experience in SAP projects and able to plan projects (timeline and resources), track and report status of deliverables, manage budget and serve as liaison with stakeholders. Overall Experience level: 15+ years of SAP project manager experience SAP ECC and S/HANA project management experience preferred Degree in computer science, engineering science, business administration or equal education SCP, SAC, IBP integration experience welcomed As a SAP Project Manager II, your focus will include, but is not be limited to:

• Deliver projects using SAP Activate Methodology
• Manage a mix of resources with On-, Near-, and Offshore team members
• Ability to work with large and decentralized project teams.
• Familiarity with market leading project accelerators.
• Working with consulting teams to deliver SAP Services and solutions.
• Experience in both waterfall and agile project methodologies
• Strong communication skills. As needed, able and willing to discuss in depth technical issues with development and functional teams.
• Serving as trusted advisor to clients to help them meet business needs through innovative solutions.
• The ideal candidate has strong problem management skills and is articulate, punctual, organized and methodical
• Needs to be able to lead client meetings as well as participate in pre-sales activities. Requirements:
• Ability to travel to client locations if required
• English speaking and writing Top 3 must have:
• Must have SAP functional or technical SAP background
• CPG, Life Science or HiTech Industry experience preferred Good to have:
• Build professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities and for personal development
• Contribute to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of your communication skills and cooperation; reach and realize project aims and outputs
