Job Title: Senior SAP FI Technical Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior SAP Technical Manager to oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects and services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades, and support engagements, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality delivery, and team leadership. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline commitments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations, industry best practices, and organizational standards.
• Manage project resources, including staffing, budgeting, and allocation, to optimize productivity and project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for project status, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Lead project governance activities, including regular status meetings, executive reporting, and risk management, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, methodologies, tools, and templates.
• Mentor and coach project managers and team members, fostering their professional growth and development within the organization.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new opportunities for SAP services and solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies, trends, and innovations, and provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP project management, delivery management, or consulting roles, with a focus on SAP ERP implementations, upgrades, and support.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP projects within budget, scope, and schedule constraints.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve high performance and quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of SAP solutions, modules, and technologies, with expertise in at least one functional area (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP).
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid, and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive resolutions.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and project meetings.
