Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Project Manager with CargoWise/logistics domain exposure to lead end-to-end enterprise application implementations, releases, integrations, and global rollouts.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project governance, system integration, data migration, CSV/GxP validation, and stakeholder management across global business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software/IT implementations and global rollouts.
• Experience in project governance, system integration, data migration, CSV/GxP validation, and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Hands-on in PMO processes and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CargoWise implementation, upgrade, release, and rollout projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resources, vendors, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee system integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and production deployment.
• Coordinate CSV/GxP validation, quality approvals, security reviews, and governance activities.
• Drive RAID management, change control, project reporting, go-live readiness, training, and transition to support teams.
• Work with global stakeholders across Business, IT, Logistics, Finance, Quality, Security, and external partners.
• Ensure projects follow PMO processes and governance.

The Opportunity

Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Role Summary

UST is looking for an experienced Project Manager with CargoWise/logistics domain exposure to lead end-to-end enterprise application implementations, releases, integrations, and global rollouts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project governance, system integration, data migration, CSV/GxP validation, and stakeholder management across global business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CargoWise implementation, upgrade, release, and rollout projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, resources, vendors, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee system integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and production deployment.
• Coordinate Computer System Validation (CSV)/GxP validation, quality approvals, security reviews, and governance activities.
• Drive RAID management, change control, project reporting, go-live readiness, training, and transition to support teams.
• Work closely with global stakeholders across Business, IT, Logistics, Finance, Quality, Security, and external implementation partners.
• Ensure projects follow established PMO and project governance processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software/IT implementations and global rollouts.
• Strong experience in:
  • Project planning and scheduling
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Vendor management
  • Risk and issue management
  • Testing and UAT
  • Data migration
  • System integrations
• Experience working in GxP/Computer System Validation (CSV) environments.
• Hands‑on experience with project governance and PMO processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
