Job summary

UST in India is seeking an IT Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver technology projects aligned with business objectives. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholders while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring quality outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years IT experience with 3+ years in PM/leadership, and PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications are preferred. A strong understanding of SDLC, cloud tech, and IT governance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or project leadership roles.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track progress to milestones.
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive reporting.
• Ensure adherence to standards, processes, and quality requirements.
• Support change management and organizational readiness.
• Manage vendors and third-party service providers as applicable.
