Job summary

One75mb HRM Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in India to plan, manage, and deliver technology projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and drive projects using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of IT project management experience, strong SDLC knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication. PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum certification is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering required.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum certification is an advantage.
• 4–8 years of IT project management experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability in project planning, risk and stakeholder management, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from requirement gathering through development, testing, deployment, and delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, business teams, and clients.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress, resource utilization, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, issues, and bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct project meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage client communication and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality, scope, and timeline requirements.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment, production releases, and post-launch activities.
• Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and project governance standards.
