Job summary

Celloraa Energy Private Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end Solar EPC projects, including planning, site execution, installation, testing, commissioning and handover. You will oversee schedules, manpower, materials, contractors, vendors and customer coordination for on-time, cost-efficient delivery.

Requirements include a BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil and 5–10 years of Solar EPC experience in Commercial, Industrial & Rooftop segments.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or a relevant engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in Solar EPC (Commercial/Industrial & Rooftop) projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Solar Rooftop, Commercial & Industrial EPC projects from planning to final handover.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, resource requirements, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor site activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and project progress.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Procurement teams to ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare customer quotations and support commercial requirements related to projects.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable project requirements.
• Prepare project progress reports, MIS, and regular updates for management.
• Identify project risks, execution challenges, and delays and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, documentation, and final project handover.
• Ensure completion of as-built drawings, commissioning reports, and other project closure documentation.
