Job summary

iVentureTeam is seeking a seasoned ERP Project Delivery Lead in India. You will manage 3–5 concurrent ERP/ERPNext/Odoo implementations from kickoff to hypercare, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and live delivery.

You will build practical plans, run governance sessions, and actively manage scope and risks. The role requires 7+ years of ERP delivery, PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent, and comfort with agile/waterfall hybrids.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP project delivery, with several full implementations you owned end-to-end.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• Fluent in agile/waterfall hybrids for ERP data migration.
• Able to hold scope conversations with a CFO and maintain relationships.
• Able to challenge estimates and ensure the status is the single source of truth.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for 3–5 concurrent ERP implementations from kick-off to hypercare exit.
• Build and maintain robust project plans with dependencies and owners.
• Run client governance: weekly sessions, steering, and status notes.
• Manage scope actively; log changes, price them, and seek decisions.
• Maintain risk register and escalate early; avoid late risk raises.
• Coordinate consultants, developers, and client resources across time zones.
• Run go/no-go decisions for cutover based on evidence.

You will carry a portfolio of 3–5 concurrent ERP implementations and be accountable for each one landing on time, in scope and live. Our completion rate is 98% — protecting that number is the job.

About the team

Project managers here are delivery owners, not status-report compilers. You set the plan with the lead consultant, run the client governance rhythm, and have the authority to stop a workstream when the data isn't ready. Every project you run goes live — we do not maintain a permanent-pilot backlog.

What you'll do

• Own delivery for 3–5 concurrent Odoo/ERPNext implementations, from kick-off to hypercare exit.
• Build and maintain plans that survive contact with reality — dependencies, critical path, and named owners.
• Run the client governance rhythm: weekly working sessions, fortnightly steering, and status notes people read.
• Manage scope actively. Log every change, price it, and get a decision rather than absorbing it quietly.
• Maintain the risk register and elevate early — a risk raised late is the only unforgivable one.
• Coordinate consultants, developers and client-side resources across timezones without becoming the bottleneck.
• Run go/no-go decisions for cutover on evidence, not optimism.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of ERP project delivery, with several full implementations you owned end-to-end.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent — or a track record that makes the question moot.
• Fluent in agile/waterfall hybrids, because ERP data migration does not sprint.
• You can hold a difficult scope conversation with a CFO and keep the relationship intact.
• Enough functional literacy to challenge an estimate rather than just relay it.
• Written communication strong enough that your status note is the single source of truth.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Odoo or ERPNext experience earlier in your career.
• Managed a rescue of a failing ERP programme.
• Multi-country or multi-entity rollout experience.
• Comfort running delivery inside a tool like Odoo Project or Jira without letting the tool run you.
