Job summary

Techplus is seeking an experienced Project / Delivery Manager to own end-to-end ERP engagements for UK and Australian clients. You will be the primary client contact, translating requirements into delivery plans and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams in Hyderabad, report to UK leadership, and manage RAID logs, ensuring go-live readiness and strong governance across engagements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project/delivery management experience in ERP/CRM/SaaS implementations.
• Experience delivering client-facing projects for UK/Australia or Western markets from an offshore/India base.
• Strong knowledge of ERP lifecycles (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics); Salesforce exposure is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication in client-facing settings.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and remote teams.
• PM methodology knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools like Jira/MS Project/Asana.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Project / Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of ERP engagements for our UK and Australian clients. This is a client-facing role at its core you will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation, responsible for keeping them informed, confident, and satisfied at every stage of the project.

You'll sit between our clients and our delivery team, translating business requirements into delivery plans, managing scope and timelines, and ensuring every engagement is delivered on time, on budget, and to a standard that builds long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for UK clients across the full project lifecycle
• Run regular client status calls, steering committee meetings, and milestone reviews with clear, confident, and professional communication
• Manage client expectations proactively no surprises, no silence
• Handle difficult conversations (scope changes, delays, budget overruns) with transparency and professionalism
• Build trusted advisor relationships that support renewals, upsell, and referrals

Project & Delivery Management

• Own project plans, timelines, resourcing, and budgets across multiple concurrent ERP implementations
• Manage scope control and change requests, balancing client needs against commercial and delivery constraints
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (functional consultants, developers, QA) based in Hyderabad and reporting into UK leadership
• Track project RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and elevate proactively
• Ensure delivery documentation (functional specs, UAT sign-off, go-live checklists) is complete and client-approved at each gate

Commercial & Reporting

• Monitor project margins, effort burn, and resourcing utilisation
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly status reporting to UK leadership
• Identify and flag upsell/cross-sell opportunities during delivery (e.g. Odoo clients who could benefit from Salesforce CRM or Make.com automation)

Quality & Process

• Uphold delivery methodology and quality standards across engagements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Techplus's delivery playbooks and templates
• Support certification and Odoo Gold Partner progression goals where relevant to delivery capability

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in project/delivery management, ideally within an ERP, CRM, or SaaS implementation environment
• Proven experience managing client-facing delivery for UK, Australian, or other Western markets from an offshore/India delivery base
• Strong working knowledge of Odoo (or comparable ERP: SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics) implementation lifecycles; Salesforce CRM exposure a strong advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English communication confident, structured, and professional in client-facing settings (calls, presentations, written status reports)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, competing priorities, and cross-cultural remote teams
• Solid grounding in project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar)
• Comfortable working UK/Australia-aligned hours where required for client meetings
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus but not essential
