Job summary

8848 Digital LLP is seeking an experienced Project Manager with ERPNext expertise to lead end-to-end ERPNext implementations from inception to delivery. You will balance technical understanding with process management and client relationship responsibilities to ensure on-time, in-scope outcomes that meet client requirements and internal standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of proven ERPNext project management experience.
• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
• Strong knowledge of ERPNext modules and implementation lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in requirement gathering, UAT coordination, and change management.
• Familiarity with SDLC and ERP integrations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.
• Hands-on Jira experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ERPNext implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Assist in establishing and streamlining a PMO for ERPNext and related projects.
• Liaise with clients, internal teams, vendors, and end-users to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Develop project plans, define deliverables, allocate resources, and monitor milestones.
• Implement standardized project documentation, templates, and SOPs for ERPNext deployments.
• Ensure proper requirement gathering, UAT planning, and sign-off processes.
• Evaluate and monitor deliverables, aligning with ERPNext standards and client processes.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations.
• Track project costs and adhere to budgets.
• Prepare and present detailed project status reports to management and clients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with proven expertise inERPNext project management to lead and oversee end-to-end ERPNextimplementations.
