Job summary

Johnson Controls is looking for an experienced Project Manager – ELV / IBMS in Chennai to manage the end-to-end execution of ELV projects, including CCTV, Access Control Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of experience managing projects in ELV environments.

You will lead project delivery, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to quality, cost, and timelines. A strong educational background in Electrical/Electronics or related field is required along with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IBMS / ELV project management.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – ELV / IBMS to manage end‑to‑end execution of ELV projects, including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and overall IBMS integration. The role will be responsible for project delivery, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring quality, cost, and timeline adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ELV / IBMS projects from design to commissioning.
• Handle projects involving CCTV, ACS, FAS, and integrated building management systems.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, BOQs, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, site teams, and resolve technical / site issues.
• Ensure adherence to contractual, technical, and safety requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in IBMS / ELV project management.
