Job summary

Atos seeks an experienced Project Manager to govern a global Data Obfuscation and Cryptography & Key Management program. You will coordinate with CISO, CTO, application teams and regional groups, translating security requirements into actionable plans and delivering them effectively.

The role focuses on governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment, with transition of capabilities into BAU while ensuring timely progress and clear reporting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Govern the overall program roadmap, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues and actions.
• Coordinate with implementation/technology teams and application owners to drive data protection controls including Data Obfuscation, Encryption, Cryptography & Key Management.
• Track onboarding of applications and implementation of controls like encryption, masking, tokenization and key management.
• Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder meetings with clear decisions, actions, owners and timelines.
• Monitor progress against Data Security and Cryptography & Key Management requirements.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, exceptions and remediation with application teams.
• Provide consolidated program reporting to CISO leadership and governance forums.
• Drive cross‑functional dependencies between CISO, CTO, CDO, application teams and regional stakeholders.
• Support risk, issue and escalation management and resolve blockers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with implementation teams and SMEs on technical matters without detailed solution design responsibility.
• Support transition of capabilities into BAU governance and ownership.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to govern and coordinate a global data obfuscation and cryptography & key management program. The role will act as the central program coordination point across CISO, CTO, application teams, business stakeholders and regional teams, ensuring that agreed security requirements are translated into implementation plans and delivered effectively.

Key responsibility:

• Govern the overall program roadmap, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues and actions.
• Coordinate with implementation/technology teams and application owners to drive adoption of agreed data protection controls mainly Data Obfuscation, Encryption, Cryptography & Key Management.
• Track application onboarding and implementation of controls such as encryption, masking, tokenization and cryptographic key management.
• Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear decisions, actions, owners and timelines.
• Monitor implementation progress against Data Security and Cryptography & Key Management requirements.
• Coordinate with application teams to identify gaps, dependencies, exceptions and remediation requirements.
• Provide consolidated program reporting and management updates to CISO leadership and relevant governance forums.
• Drive cross-functional dependencies between CISO, CTO, CDO, application teams, regional Information Security and business stakeholders.
• Support risk, issue and escalation management and ensure timely resolution of program blockers.
• Coordinate with implementation teams and SMEs on technical matters without being responsible for detailed solution design or engineering.
• Support transition of completed capabilities into BAU governance and operational ownership.
