Job summary

Atos seeks an experienced Project Manager to govern a global data obfuscation and cryptography & key management program. You will coordinate across CISO, CTO, application teams and regional security stakeholders to translate security requirements into actionable plans.

You will track milestones, manage risks and drive adoption of encryption, masking, tokenization and key management while transitioning capabilities into BAU governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in program governance for data security initiatives.
• Experience with data obfuscation, encryption and cryptography controls.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Govern the program roadmap, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and actions.
• Coordinate with tech teams and app owners to drive data protection controls adoption.
• Track onboarding and implementation of encryption, masking and key management.
• Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder meetings with clear decisions and owners.
• Monitor progress against data security and cryptography requirements.
• Identify gaps, dependencies and remediation with application teams.
• Provide consolidated program reporting to CISO leadership.
• Drive cross-functional dependencies among CISO, CTO, CDO and InfoSec teams.
• Support risk, issue and escalation management and blockers.
• Coordinate with teams and SMEs on technical matters without detailed design.
• Support transition of capabilities into BAU governance.

Role Project Manager - DOC (Data Obfuscation & Cryptography)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to govern and coordinate a global data obfuscation and cryptography & key management program. The role will act as the central program coordination point across CISO, CTO, application teams, business stakeholders and regional teams, ensuring that agreed security requirements are translated into implementation plans and delivered effectively.

Key responsibility

• Govern the overall program roadmap, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues and actions.
• Coordinate with implementation/technology teams and application owners to drive adoption of agreed data protection controls mainly Data Obfuscation, Encryption, Cryptography & Key Management.
• Track application onboarding and implementation of controls such as encryption, masking, tokenization and cryptographic key management.
• Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder meetings, ensuring clear decisions, actions, owners and timelines.
• Monitor implementation progress against Data Security and Cryptography & Key Management requirements.
• Coordinate with application teams to identify gaps, dependencies, exceptions and remediation requirements.
• Provide consolidated program reporting and management updates to CISO leadership and relevant governance forums.
• Drive cross-functional dependencies between CISO, CTO, CDO, application teams, regional Information Security and business stakeholders.
• Support risk, issue and escalation management and ensure timely resolution of program blockers.
• Coordinate with implementation teams and SMEs on technical matters without being responsible for detailed solution design or engineering.
• Support transition of completed capabilities into BAU governance and operational ownership.
