Job summary

Atos is seeking a Security Project Manager in Mumbai, India to lead and manage delivery for large-scale DLP and data protection initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in governance and project delivery.

The role emphasizes end-to-end program management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with data protection policies across multiple regions. Prior experience in financial institutions is preferred, with a strong security mindset.

Key objectives critical to success

As the Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing project delivery for large-scale projects and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices in program and project management as well as in security governance and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Program Management Lead end-to-end DLP programs and data protection initiatives.
• Develop program roadmap, project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Track program budgets, resource utilization, and financials.
• Establish governance frameworks and executive reporting.
• DLP Strategy & Implementation Drive implementation and enhancement of DLP solutions across endpoints, email, cloud, and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate deployment of DLP controls across business units and regions.
• Ensure alignment with data classification and information protection policies.
• Facilitate business engagement for DLP onboarding and adoption.
• Stakeholder Management Work closely with Security, Risk
