Job summary

Atos in Powai, Mumbai is seeking a Security Program Manager with 10+ years of governance and program management experience in global financial institutions. You will lead cross‑functional security initiatives, align with ISO 27001, NIST and GDPR, and drive IAM and DLP roadmaps.

The role demands strong leadership and the ability to coordinate with regional and global teams in a hybrid setup, overseeing DDOS and WAF projects and ensuring on‑time delivery within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, business/financial management, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince 2) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in governance, program/project management in global financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Strong knowledge of WAF and DDOS.
• Strong knowledge of encryption.
• Ability to coordinate with regional and global counterparts.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of cybersecurity project delivery.

• Manage and deliver initiatives focusing on DDOS and WAF technologies across ECC, Control Gaps, Regulatory and International Book of Work
• Own end-to-end delivery of data visibility, IAM, and DLP roadmaps while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget
• Support SAE Senior Delivery Manager as required
• Support India TMO as required

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required
