Job summary

Atos seeks an experienced Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery and governance of global Data Security initiatives from Powai, Mumbai. You will coordinate multiple security workstreams across data classification, DLP, CASB, and data protection, interfacing with CISO, CTO, CDO, application teams and regional security groups.

The role emphasizes governance, risk, and KPI tracking to ensure regulatory alignment.

• Drive governance, RAID management, and senior management updates.
• Translate security objectives into actionable program plans and milestones.
• Track delivery and adoption of controls across applications and regions.
• Coordinate with vendors and MSPs for RFPs, PoCs and engagements.
• Establish KPIs, KRIs, and transition completed initiatives to BAU.

Role Program Manager(Data Identity & Protection)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery and governance of global Data Security initiatives. The role will coordinate multiple security workstreams, technology teams, application owners, business stakeholders and regional Information Security teams to ensure initiatives are delivered in line with the agreed strategy, security standards, roadmap and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern the end-to-end Data Security program roadmap, including scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Coordinate multiple Data Security initiatives across areas such as Data Classification & Labelling, DLP, IRM, CASB and Data Discovery/Protection.
• Act as the central coordination point across CISO, CTO, CDO, application teams, business stakeholders, regional Information Security teams and external vendors.
• Drive program governance, including steering committees, working groups, status reporting, RAID management and senior management updates.
• Translate strategic security objectives into actionable program plans, workstreams, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Track implementation and adoption of Data Security controls across applications, platforms and regions.
• Identify and proactively manage cross-functional dependencies, delivery risks, resource constraints and blockers, escalating where required.
• Ensure initiatives remain aligned with Data Security Standards, regulatory requirements, security architecture and agreed governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with technical implementation teams and SMEs to track solution delivery, without owning detailed technical design or engineering activities.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and timely decision-making across business and technology teams.
• Support vendor management, RFP/PoC activities and implementation partner coordination where applicable.
• Establish and track program KPIs, KRIs and delivery metrics to demonstrate progress and effectiveness.
• Coordinate transition of completed initiatives into BAU operating and governance models.
