Job summary

Milliman Mumbai is seeking a Project Manager to join our in-house Design team. You will oversee the day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery of design projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality, brand, and timeline standards.

You’ll report to the Senior Project Manager and work closely with the Design Director, Senior Designers, and Presentation Designers, acting as the coordination point between a global network of internal partners and design execution teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management or design operations experience in B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of design workflows and production processes.
• Experience coordinating between consultants, marketers, and designers.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with review and documentation tools.

• Manage and track incoming design requests and allocate resources.
• Create and maintain project timelines and deliverable trackers.
• Coordinate between consultants, marketers, and designers.
