Job summary

Milliman in Mumbai is seeking a Project Manager to join the in-house Design team. You will oversee the day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery of design projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet Milliman’s quality, brand, and timeline standards.

You’ll report directly to the Senior Project Manager and work closely with the Design Director, Senior Designers, and Presentation Designers. You’ll act as the coordination point between a global network of internal business partners and

• 6+ years of experience in project management or design operations.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Wrike, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat for reviews.

• Create and maintain project timelines and deliverable trackers.
• Coordinate between consultants, marketers, and designers.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our in-house Design team in Mumbai. This role oversees the day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery of design projects. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all deliverables meet Milliman’s quality, brand, and timeline standards. You’ll report directly to the Senior Project Manager and work closely with the Design Director, Senior Designers, and Presentation Designers, acting as the coordination point between a global network of internal business partners and design execution teams
