Infineon Technologies AG in Bengaluru is seeking a Project Manager to drive SoC/ASIC product cycles, leading architecture, integration, validation, and silicon bring-up across distributed teams. You will ensure project execution within scope, time, and cost, aligning with Infineon quality standards and cross-functional partners.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multi-site engagements in a hybrid work environment.

• Must have experience in SoC/ASIC product cycles and understanding of architecture, integration, validation, and silicon bring-up phases.
• Strong familiarity with SoC / IP execution flows, architecture to tape out, Fab to Production Release.
• IP integration and dependency management; Pre-silicon and post-silicon execution flows.
• System-level bring-up and platform readiness.
