Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Bangalore is hiring a Principal Engineer to lead design of Power Management ICs and POL ICs. You will define feature sets, chip architecture, resources, schedules and costs in collaboration with Concept Engineering, Applications, Marketing and Project Managers.

You will mentor designers, shape DFT strategy, support test development and ramp to production, and perform transistor‑level analog/mixed‑signal design for high‑performance blocks on CMOS/BCD processes.

• MS in Electrical Engineering or related field with minimum 5 years IC design experience.
