Job summary

Connexr is seeking a senior Delivery / Project Manager in Mumbai to lead ERP data migration and governance initiatives. You will own the migration plan, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure data quality and cutover readiness for go-live.

The role requires 10+ years in delivery and 6+ years in PM with ERP data focus; familiarity with SAP/Oracle, and PMP/PRINCE2 is preferred. Afternoon shift; immediate to 10 days notice. Video interview.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in delivery/project management with ERP focus
• ERP data structures familiarity (SAP, Oracle) and migration tools/methodologies
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and master data domains (customer, vendor, material, GL)
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent; CDMP a plus
• Strong analytical skills; coordinate technical + functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP data workstream (EDMCS, Data Hydration, App-to-App Integrations, Nuveen AUM, Data Conversion)
• Own end-to-end project plan for migration, cleansing, governance, validation
• Coordinate with functional leads (R2R, S2P, O2C, Enabling Functions)
• Manage MDM activities (standards, ownership, stewardship)
• Oversee ETL processes, reconciliation, and data quality remediation
• Track risks/issues, elevate blockers to program leadership
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and stabilization
